We offer very competitive rates on all materials purchased through us and will often look to sell portions of sheets where viable. For all acrylics we will generally be able to sell this in a minimum sheet size of 500mm x 500mm. For those materials we do not carry we can generally have these delivered the next working day as long as we have placed a request before 3pm the proceeding day. We are also very happy to work from supplied materials.

Machines

We have a diverse collection of laser machines allowing us an unrivalled capacity and variation in what we can offer. We have 3 specialist engraving machines with a maximum bed size of 1250mm x 700mm and 3 cutting machines with a maximum cutting size of 3m x 2m.

The specifics of our machines mean they are highly suited to very accurate, clean and repeatable cutting often on materials that would traditionally be more complex to process. You can view our full range of machines here.

Formats and Artwork

Please supply your artwork in one of the following formats: dxf, dwg, ai, cdr, vectored PDF.

For laser cutting please use vector-based artwork. If using DXF or DWG files please use arcs and lines and not spline lines. Check your file for double lines as these will reduce the quality of cutting and increase the machine time.

For laser engraving we require a high-quality image file. We recommend anything above 300dpi for the best results.

We also have an artwork service if required to draw up your provided designs. Quotation on request.

Pricing

We aim to be as competitive as we can within the market and offer a very high level of service. Depending on the scale of the job and which machine is required, prices will vary but they start from £35 + VAT. We also offer a student discount based

If you’re london based, you are welcome to collect. If not, let us know your full delivery address. We also have our own vehicles so can deliver items safely and quickly if required.
